Changchun Airport Economic Demonstration Zone
长春临空经济示范区，由国家发展改革委、中国民航局批准设立，为中国第十五个国家级临空经济示范区。2020年7月，国家发展改革委、民航局联合复函支持长春临空经济示范区建设，明确了示范区规划范围和建设任务。
Changchun Airport Economic Demonstration Zone was approved by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Civil Aviation Administration of China, and is the 15th national-level airport economic demonstration zone in China. In July 2020, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Civil Aviation Administration jointly replied to support the construction of the Changchun Airport Economic Demonstration Zone, clarifying the planning scope and construction tasks of the demonstration zone.
长春临空经济示范区规划面积91.3平方公里，规划范围东至九万公路，西至五洲大街，南至空港开发区南部范围线、珲乌高速，北至泉眼沟。
The Changchun Airport Economic Demonstration Zone has a planned area of 91.3 square kilometers, with its planning scope extending eastward to Jiwan Road, westward to Wuzhou Street, southward to the southern boundary of the Airport Economic Development Zone and Hunchun Expressway, and northward to Quanyinggou.
示范区创投产业园（西区）
Venture Capital Industrial Park (West District) of the Demonstration Zone
长春新区空港经济开发区创投产业园（西区）位于长春临空经济示范区，远航大路以北、盛港大街以西、丙十路以南、丙五街以东规划用地面积23万平方米，建筑面积19万平方米，容积率0.93，园区共规划建设53栋单体建筑（新型厂房45栋，办公用房2栋，宿舍用房4栋食堂配套用房2栋）。项目计划总投资7.58亿元，申请专项债5.8亿元（资金已全部落位）。项目于2020年10月开工，2022年11月投入使用。园区以高端装备、智能制造为主导产业，重点发展医疗设备、新材料、航空制造、物流仓储等产业，重点招引汽车与轨道交通配套零部件、医疗设备、智能穿戴设备、航空配套加工制造、工业互联网、工业软件、物流运输等相关企业。
The Changchun New Area Airport Economic Development Zone Venture Capital Industrial Park (West District) is located in the Changchun Airport Economic Demonstration Zone, north of Yuanhang Avenue, west of Shenggang Street, south of Road J10, and east of Street J5. The planned land area is 230,000 square meters, with a construction area of 190,000 square meters and a plot ratio of 0.93. The park is planned to build a total of 53 single buildings (45 new factories, 2 office buildings, 4 dormitory buildings, and 2 supporting canteen buildings). The project is planned to have a total investment of 758 million yuan, and has applied for 580 million yuan in special bonds (all funds have been allocated). The project started construction in October 2020 and was put into use in November 2022. The park takes high-end equipment and intelligent manufacturing as its leading industries, and focuses on developing medical equipment, new materials, aviation manufacturing, logistics and warehousing, etc. It mainly attracts related enterprises such as auto and rail transit supporting parts, medical equipment, smart wearable devices, aviation supporting processing and manufacturing, industrial internet, industrial software, and logistics transportation.
公司拥有生产厂房3栋共计12282平方米，以及配套的员工宿舍、员工食堂各1栋。其中A16厂房用于开展飞机整机制造、维修业务；A13厂房用于发动机、螺旋桨、部附件维修、无损检测业务；A15机库用于整机停放、试车工作。
The company boasts three production workshops totaling 12,282 square meters, along with one employee dormitory and one staff canteen. Specifically, Workshop A16 is utilized for complete aircraft manufacturing and maintenance; Workshop A13 handles engine, propeller, component repair, and non-destructive testing; while Hangar A15 is designated for whole aircraft parking and test runs.
依托政府在龙嘉机场三期扩建项目东北侧、示范区规划建设的航空物流园内规划建设可容纳波音737、波音777、空客A320、 C919等机型的改装厂房，主要开展B-1/B-1A飞机制造；波音737系列飞机；波音777系列飞机；空客A320系列飞机；C919等大型飞机的定检、维修和改装。
Build modification workshops capable of accommodating aircraft models such as Boeing 737, Boeing 777, Airbus A320 and C919 in the aviation logistics park planned and constructed by the government on the northeast side of the third-phase expansion project of Longjia Airport. The main activities include the manufacturing of B-1/B-1A aircraft, regular inspections, maintenance and modification of Boeing 737 series aircraft, Boeing 777 series aircraft, Airbus A320 series aircraft and large aircraft such as C919.
