乌鲁木齐职业大学成立于1985年，是改革开放后新疆成立的第一所高等职业院校，是新疆目前高职层次办学历史最长、现代服务业专业门类最齐全的乌鲁木齐市属综合性全日制高等职业院校，实行区市共建、以市为主的管理体制，业务受自治区教育厅指导。我校相继建成国家示范性骨干高职院校、自治区示范性高职院校、自治区优质校，是国家示范性职业教育集团（联盟）培育单位、自治区第三产业（现代服务业）职教园区理事长单位、新疆旅游教育联盟理事长和秘书长单位，是自治区首个大学生（高职）创新创业孵化基地，现已获得乌鲁木齐市、自治区、国家三级“创客空间”授牌和团中央、工信部、科技部孵化基地授牌，是人力资源和社会保障部认定的第五批全国创业孵化示范基地。我校整体呈现“两区一园三基地”功能布局，校园总占地面积1485.77亩。拥有校内教学实训场所206个，顶岗实习基地413个，教学科研仪器设备总值1.3亿元，图书馆各类藏书（含电子图书）117.56万册。现设党政教辅后勤机构17个、教学机构17个。现有专任教师648人。2025年1月升为本科职业大学。

Urumqi Vocational University was established in 1985 and is the first higher vocational college in Xinjiang founded after the reform and opening up. It is currently the Urumqi municipal comprehensive full-time higher vocational college with the longest history of higher vocational education and the most complete range of modern service industry majors in Xinjiang. It operates under a management system of co-construction by the region and the city, with the city taking the lead, and its business is guided by the Education Department of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Our university has successively been built into a national exemplary backbone vocational college, an autonomous region exemplary vocational college, and an autonomous region high-quality school. It is a national exemplary vocational education group (alliance) cultivation unit, the chairman unit of the autonomous region's tertiary industry (modern service industry) vocational education park, and the chairman and secretary-general unit of the Xinjiang tourism education alliance. It is also the first university-level (higher vocational) innovation and entrepreneurship incubation base in the autonomous region. It has now been awarded the "maker space" plaques at the municipal, autonomous region, and national levels, as well as the plaques of the incubation bases of the Communist Youth League Central Committee, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the Ministry of Science and Technology. It is also recognized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security as the fifth batch of national innovation and entrepreneurship incubation demonstration bases. Our university presents an overall functional layout of "two zones, one park, and three bases", with a total campus area of 1,485.77 mu. It has 206 on-campus teaching and training venues, 413 on-the-job internship bases, and a total value of teaching and research equipment of 130 million yuan. The library has a total of 1.1756 million volumes of various books (including electronic books). Currently, there are 17 administrative and teaching institutions. There are 648 full-time teachers. It is planned to be upgraded to a bachelor's degree vocational university in January 2025.

学校计划于今年建设机库两座，2026年竣工。总建筑面积40000m²。该项目以航空维修、航空服务培训为基础，打造一个航空行业的区域性航空实训基地，实现集飞机维修实践、飞机维修基本技能实训、学生实习实训、职业技能大赛等功能于一体的实训基地。共建设七大实训室，飞行器维修与实践（大飞机）实训室、飞机综合虚拟仿真实训室、航空发动机维修实训室、飞机维修基本技能实训室建设、无人机组装与调试实训室、无人机驾驶及仿真训练实训室、民航危险品运输实训室。

The school plans to build two hangars this year, with completion scheduled for 2026. The total construction area will be 40,000 square meters. This project, based on aircraft maintenance and aviation service training, aims to create a regional aviation training base for the aviation industry, integrating functions such as aircraft maintenance practice, basic aircraft maintenance skills training, student internships and training, and vocational skills competitions. A total of seven training rooms will be constructed: the Aircraft Maintenance and Practice (Large Aircraft) Training Room, the Aircraft Comprehensive Virtual Simulation Training Room, the Aviation Engine Maintenance Training Room, the Basic Aircraft Maintenance Skills Training Room, the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Assembly and Debugging Training Room, the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Driving and Simulation Training Training Room, and the Civil Aviation Dangerous Goods Transportation Training Room.

合作内容（Cooperation content）：

1.航空专业群本科专业建设，共同制定专业人才培养方案及航空专业课程的授课；

Jointly build undergraduate programs in the aviation professional cluster, formulate professional talent training plans and teach aviation-related courses;

2.合作专业学生第五学期维修基本技能实训，第六学期生产单位飞机维修全流程生产实习。

Provide fifth-semester basic maintenance skills training and sixth-semester full-process production internships at production units for students of the cooperative programs.

3.共建航空维修实训室。

Jointly establish an aviation maintenance training laboratory.
